Beyond disappointed with your attitude and service

Pathetic service !!!!! I bought discount vouchers on sale in March on their sale. Couldnt get a booking so booked for the 5th of July at River Valley when my mom is on holiday so we were able to go midweek. Have asked about 20 times for my forms to be emailed no response . Today i follow up again and get told now they are no longer doing half days at river valley cause its winter. I must go to the pivot. That is not where i booked for!!!!! How can you people just change things. If this is not sorted out i will never ever come to Mangwanani ever again. And ive been coming here for years!!!!!!!!!! Will in future spend money at Mowana spa where they treat their customers way better and dont change their plans!!!!! I would like a manager to call me asap and sort this out because this is totally unacceptable!!!!
