Bad/Unprofessional service rendered

I trust you are well.

I booked an appointment at your Spa in Ushaka Marine on the 05/10/2019 @ 16:00pm - 17:00pm.

My partner and I were so disgusted by the service given to us.

When we got into the massage room, we had requested the lights to be dimmed(requirement not met), the two ladies that were massaging us were unproffessio unproffessio the were talkin to each other/laughing/during the session the would stop and talk using their hands/foot massage not done. These were escalated to the branch manager and she said we should write down these unhappy events on the receipt book,feedback would be provided on the 07/10/2019. Thus far, I have not received any communication from the Spa at Ushaka Marine.

The experience was unpleasant, afterwards we did not feel that we actually went to a Spa/no sense of relaxation whatsoever. I wasted my money on this of which I should have utilised on another Spa. Its true what the say "RATHER STICK TO THE DEVIL YOU KNOW THAN AN ANGEL YOU DONT KNOW"...
