Bad treatment towards elderly guests at Mangwanani

Good day.

I had booked my mom and my aunt in for a treatment at Mangwanani Spa OR Tambo on Sunday 16th May. Their appointment was initially at 9 am to 10 am. However there was a hotel mix-up with the times, however the spa said they can be treated at 14:00 when they have an opening. We agreed. They were asked to arrive earlier for the treatment at 13:30. However they were not treated until way after 2pm, even though they were asked to arrive earlier. What was disturbing is that they were not given robes like all other guests before them. They were told to get in the treatment rooms and get undressed. This is humiliating and unacceptable. Everyone who visits your establishment is afforded the privacy to get to undress comfortably in the locker rooms. There are locker rooms or private area to comfortably get undress, wear a robe and ease into the treatment room. that is standard practice across the board. The way these elderly ladies were treated is disgusting. I am disappointed at this treatment, especially towards older citizens, Is this how old people who come to your establishment get treated? Because really it is shameful.
