Bad service at Mangwanani

It was my husbands birthday celebration and I wanted to start it off with a spa at Mangwanani.It.was my first time and I had such expectations which was never met.Terrible service.The service from the start was slow and inefficient.the robes was all so big and me being a short person was not helping as I was drowning in it.when I asked they said they only got large.the slippers was so big that i fell .the food consisted of a roti and chicken which was so bland.was told they give better breakfast than supper.pathetic.i asked for coffeee and was told due tonloadbload load shedding they cant.really!!!so.theres no backup facilities for such an expensive place.there was no the****** for the full body massage and when they did turn up they rushed the treatment and even though I told them and wrote im suffering with high blood pressure they still put the hot stones which got my high blood pressure up and left me sick.treatment was rushed for full body treatment and the the****** was rushing to go home.pathetic service and such a bad start to my birthday celebrations.I actually will not recommend the sibaya mangwanani.
