Bad service

I have been trying for 4 days to make an appointment at the spa. The person I spoke to on Saturday said that somebody would phone me back to make an appointment and I have to date, not been contacted. The number that I phone for the individual spa I want to go to doesn't work. How am I supposed to make an appointment!??? This is shocking service for a brand that claims to offer superior services. I was gifted with a voucher so I have to attend this spa and had that not been the case, I would have taken my services elsewhere. Not acceptable!
