Bad service

I would like to say that as we pay a lot of money, no consideration was given to my dietary requirements for which i was very upset. A sorry will not suffice as they should have informed me if they were not able to meet this beforehand so i could have brought my own supper. This is really unacceptable as on arrival i mentioned this again.

on another note I have been treated really badly by the last the****** who evidently did not want to massage me. It was clear by the other the******s that my the****** was rude to me and sent me off early and ignored me when i told her it was too hard. It was not a pleasant experience.
