Bad experience at Mangwanani Spa Winelands

I visited the Winelands branch on Sunday 8 September. I have last visited Mangwanani before the spa burned down and I expected more or less the same experience that I had then. What a disappointment! The morning session was still ok yet it was a very hot day (over 30 degrees) and we were given winter gowns to wear which at times made it unbearable to cope with the heat. Everything went downhill after lunch except for the neck and head massage which was really great. The lady who did my foot massage kept falling asleep and I had to wake her up at one stage. We were at that stage sitting in uncomfortable chairs in a stifling hot room with no windows or fans - using our treatment pamphlets as fans which turned out to be totally unsuccessful. From what I can remember from my previous experience was that the ladies working at Mangwanani was proud, passionate and lively. This visit was quite the opposite with most employees looking tired and listless, definitely not motivated nor having any passion. People visit a spa to feel revived and refreshed - not drained because the people working with them seem to be drained. They will definitely not see me again.
