Bad experience

I was at the Wild Coast Sun for a 90 minute full body hot stone massage on the 7 January 2018, my massage started 10 mins late and finished 80 Mins later, with two interruptions whilst I was being massaged, I mentioned the a the the person at reception and all I got was sorry, no offer to compensate me for my pot experience, nothing was offered to me. Also as far as I am concerned and experienced, a full body massage should include the neck and face to be massaged, this was not done. I was not happy with my experience at all.
