Absolutely ****ed off! with Mangwanani!!

If Zero Stars could be given, That's what I would give Mangwanani, We bought a Voucher for a Friends Birthday.

She has decided to use the voucher and called Mangwanani to book a slot, only to be told that the Voucher was already used.

When queried, we were told the voucher has been used in August 2023. But in October 2023 she called them to just make sure her voucher was still valid and they informed her that her voucher was fine and still valid.

How is that even possible.

Mangwanani really needs to step up their Customer Service.

I would never recommend Mangwanani to anyone.
