Dishonest and Unprofessional

I have bad experience with their Operational manager Proxy he is so unprofessional still waiting for them to refund me R 14 544 since Tuesday the 29th of November 2022 I have sent all the requested document for them to refund me but guy keeps on saying he will come back to me. I have requested for their accounts department number or email he will not give them to me. I don't even want to go to there anymore😒 I guess they just hire people without screening them bunch of ******
