Poor poor service

We struggle for more than a year for them solve an ******* pick up point in front of my house. They don't do their work and just ignore the problem. They don't care about public safety and they themselves pick up commuters(traffic,police and even ambulances). We explain to them the mess that's going on here but still they ignore us and do nothing.
