Pavement Drain - Blocked

Reported blocked drain Saterday the 30th of January,got refers number and everything, told them the pavement drain is block but its bad because it is pushing everything in to my yard, I've phoned Sunday the response they will find out what is happening- nothing,I've phoned Monday the 1 of Feb again, told them its bad - the lady said but it is<br> on the pavement, I've again told her its pushing everything in to my yard, her respons she will follow up with maintenance. still nothing is been done to the problem if nothing is been done end of today I will go to the newspaper because it is beyond bad service and the the smell is bad nobody can live with the bad smell.
