NO FEEDBACK NO RESOLUTION Almost 3 years

RE: MANP171 on 29/11/2020 the manager from one department instructed his colleagues to resolve my claim that has been unresolved for almost 3 years by the c.o.b of 01.12.2020 Guess What this has not happened... and i have received ZERO feedback thus far. i have emailed the presidency .. other managers... mayors.... etc... no response ... next step is the media....
