LAND WIDE DECAY

Since there is not a nil star, I have to chose 1 though -1 closer to truth. All these power cuts, job losses due to them, water shortages + low quality of services!!! I just watch this whole country crumbling into sewerage status .. Government status of responsibility - zero!!!
