Harrasment by RRTA attorneys appointed by Mangaung

My wife notified me that she has started to receive sms's demanding money for an overdue municipal account, I told her to ignore them as the payment for the account gets deducted from my salary. she however received this sms more frequently and I went to see them. They explained to me that for some reason my account was handed over because it is in arrears although my account showed credit for more than R1000. They promised me that they will rectify this. the sms's stopped for a while but started to come again. I don't receive these sms's although the accaount is on my name. i called the attorneys who told me that i must pay the money to them and sort it out with Mangaung. I called several times and spoke to different people who promised they will sort it out. they where Betty Sibiya, Salome Mokhooa and Jabulani Khoale. my wife keeps on getting these messages while my account still shows that it is in credit.
