Dirty water ruined clothes!

<p>I've got a new born baby and was given some beautiful fluffy blankets and baby grows for him- sadly I chose today to do all his washing (as the sun is shining for the first time) and everything is wrecked! Stained red/brown from the filthy water. The least the municipality could have done was let us know that the water is brown! I've tried bleach and stain removers nothing works- to say that I'm upset is a major understatement!!!</p>
