Bad service of mangaung municipality

We asked for assistance for a ******* pick up point that's been created in front of our house. Struggled from last year November. They don't care about anything. Made promises that they don't even keep. They just don't care. Went to a meeting to get a permanent solution,but instead we get promises. When you call law enforcement,they don't even bother to respond. When talking to public safety thet got lots of excuses but not one to resolve the problem. They just don't care about anything. We must sit with the drunkness of people and the disturbance
