Your best employee!!!

i left a packet on the airplane last night and been trying since then to get hold of somebody that could help (wanted to help) from Mango. Everybody put me through to someone else, cut me off or said that they would get back to me which they didn't. Then i left a message at the airport with someone and she went to baggage claim, THEN johan called, he REALLY wanted to help and were so kind and friendly!!!! He kept me updated and JUST called back to say he found the packet and is going home now but i need to have a good night and he will get back to me again tomorrow!!! And you know what, i do not doubt it for one minute!!! +- 12 people made me decide to NEVER fly Mango again, BUT Johan changed that decision completely!!!! Please give him my absolute gratitude and please take note of his contribution to your company! A REAL asset to Mango!
