Yolanda is unbelievable!

On Thursday, we flew with Kulula to King Shaka. They lost our two baby seats. While trying to figure out what was going on at the Kulula helpdesk, Yolanda from Mango came over to hear if she could help me. She then went and retrieved my baggage for me from the carousel as I struggled with Kulula.

When ever did an employee from *another* company come to help you? Yolanda is incredible and an example to us all.
