Worst service ever!!!

I Bought 2 tickets on the website on the 25th of September where the money went off my account but I got an error message SID has encountered a problem, you should contact the seller.

I have been trying to contact Mango ever since where I hold on for hours when I try to call them with the number provided on the website, I even tried calling the call centre and then they just put me trough to refunds where I have to hold for hours again without any answer and then I just give up.

I tried sending an email and the email bounced back as a technical error.

This is the worst service that I have ever experienced and with this my money is just gone as well!!
