Worst service ever

So i get to the agent exactly 40 mins before check in closes, after having checked in online; and she gives me attitude to say i can't check in my bag and i have to pay 700.. So i leave my luggage behind and i proceed to board, when i get to the other agent just before boarding, my ticket doesn't go through because the rude agent blocked it.. Really now??
