Worst service ever

Arrived at the airport 45 min before the flight standing in the queue the Mango staff close the gate as I ask what is happening they just say we missed our flight and don't allow us on the flight after arguing for about an hour I decide to book a ticket for the next day as it was my Moms birthday I had to get to JHB from CPT . I logged into FB and complain they say they will investigate well 2 days later someone calls to hear my story fact of the matter this was 2 weeks ago and nothing yet
