Worst Service ever

Terrible Customer service EVER! Mpumi really not willing to help with booking and put the phone down on me. terrible at communicating!!! Only when asked for a reference number for the call did she attempt to assist and even then put the phone down when I showed frustration at her lack of skills in problem solving. without giving a reference number. Sitting ON HOLD NOW for 12 mins to customer service.... WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
