Worst of the worst, terrible, unprofessional, horrible airline of all time!!!!

Wish i could give a 0 rating!! Horrible, terrible, worst experience i ever had with any airlines. We flew feom CPT to JHB on the 23rd for a concert. On arrival they informed me our bag is still in CPT. Bare in mind my clothes, toiletries, tickets, chargers everything were in there. Mango promised the bag would be delivered by 15:30. Needless to say i received the bag at 19:30. Couldn't phone my only 3year old who stayed back home, missed half of our concert at gor a broken useless bag back. You are the absolute worst of the worst!! Will never recommend you!!
