worst customer service EVER

<p>Just when I thought SA was getting better at customer service...BAM..here comes Mango Airlines!! Absolutely pathetic "guest care". Spent hours on my cell phone at my own expense calling Mango with no assistance whatsoever. </p> <p> </p> <p>Trying to lodge an insurance claim and I find it amazing that no one can assist even after promising to get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>**** you Mango Airlines. Never again.</p> <p>Get your CEO to call me.</p>
