Worst Airlines Ever !! They don't refund even in worst circumstances.

I booked flights for 26 March 2020 to George to assist a family member aged 73 moving back to Gauteng due to health issues. Mango issued vouchers and due to lockdown we had to postpone the trip. Finally the trip and move was sorted for the 26 August 2020, 5 months later, they once again decline my flights and could not give me a reason why, they now refuse to give me a refund in these difficult times, even though I told them I don't have a job, they only refund people aged 65 and older and who were in hospital. No further response or action on my follow-ups. I want my money back as I was forced to make alternative moving arrangements. No mails from Mango, what don't they understand I AM NOT TRAVELLING FOR HOLIDAY, What must I do in George if I don't have family to stay with and don't have money. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.
