Worst airline yet

This morning I had the unfortunate experience of driving over pieces of iron; in the dark; which cut my tyre. My flight was booked for seven. Obviously I did not make it. And because Mango's call centre is not open at 5h30 in the morning; so that I can call and explain immediately; they refused to refund; reschedule my flight. Lost all my money. Should have stuck with Kulula!!!
