Worst airline experience

I am a frequent flyer, usually with safair and saa, this was my WORST experience with any airline to date. 2 hours late , being stuck in a taxi bus with 2 times the allowed passengers according to covid regulations NO social distancing could be app**** as the taxi was loaded FULL. Absolutely not what I paid for. Get your act together.
