worst airline ever

<p>Was waiting in the line to board the flight JE258 Durban to Jhb and after telling them i'm flying to jhb the lady Nosipho Mandobe said i must wait in the line she is the queue manager, 5min after this I got to the check in counter Samke Ngobu only to find that the flight is closed and i can NOT check in!!!! This is shocking service as she new my flight and didnt redirect me to the counter were they apparently announched the flight, after a long period of time were i missed my flight arguing about this matter i missed my flight i had to pay R370 to be on standby even though it wasnt my fault and no one apologized regarding this matter my Mother is on a nother flight on n wheelchair going to wait for me all on her own until I get a flight on this shocking airline!!! I will never make use of Mango ever again!! </p>
