Worst airline & customer call center ever. Don't book your flights with Mango

Worst service I've ever received, from the call centre and email responses.

***. A lengthy email was sent regarding this matter & Mango Airlines refuses to accept responsibility for my luggage bag that was damaged while in their care.

I do advice for anyone to stay clear of Mango Airlines, the flight times, their in-service, their call centre, in a nutshell, is pathetic.
