Worst Airline

<p>I had booked flight JE267 for 2nd September ..was to depart OR Tambo airport at 19:40. A friend of mine that was on the same flight informed me there was ano hours delay. while waiting there was a further hour delay. we boarded around 22:00pm. Does this company consider the inconvenience that you cause passengers??? Mango Airlines has really pathetic customer service. As an airline company , your passengers come first, but yourl didn't seem bothered.While passengers were waiting ,that would be an ideal time to check tickets against identity doc, don't check it when we waited 2 hours frustrated and want to board. </p>
