WILL NEVER BOOK MANGO AGAIN

I booked a ticket for my wife and baby to fly to JHB so i went online and booked the ticket clicked on Durban to JHB once i have done the booking and got the email confirmation it showed JHB to Durban so i called in the call center and they could not help me and gave me other number to call. so i did that, i had to re-book a ticket for them and was advised that the ticket will coast other R 754.00 so i booked it and went to pay for it at the airport wen i got to the airport i had to pay R 799.00 and they could not tell me why mango airline just want to take our money which is not right i will. in total i had to pay about R 1 400.00 which is not fair.
