When a Mango goes SOUR!

So on the 7th April 2018 I travelled with Mango airlines from Cape Town to JHB. My experience was HORRIBLE as I was a victim of theft by their own team members! They invaded my personal space and privacy and stole my Down Jacket out of my bag and even attempted to ***** my Headlamp too. I reported the incident IMMEDIATELY and one of their team leaders responded to say he will make sure the matter is investigated and will revert. Since then I have heard nothing from Mango after myself and my travel agent followed up. I get no sense of urgency from Mango's management team which is unacceptable and not to mention, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I am disgusted by the service I have received from Mango, after being being a client for years! I would not recommend Mango to anybody as they will just ***** your personal belongings and make it okay. There is no ACCOUNTABILTY nor remorse and to me it seems like they tolerate this behaviour, so please stay away from them!!!
