Wheelchair valet awful

Hi CPT to JHB 26 Jan 2020 JE 162 at 17:50 I think It is the 2nd time that the wheelchair valet was absolutely awful. I think it was BidAir. I greeted her. She mumbled. Later when I tried to give her advice on how to smile at and greet the client she tried to say that I was talking to my family, instead of just apologizing. Yet I looked her in the eye, smiled and said "hello" when she approached us. With no response and a s***l from her, I thought perhaps she was sick or had received bad news. I asked her if she was alright. No response. Just the s***l. "You don't seem ok are you alright? Are you sick? Do you need something?" No response. We'll alrighty then... OH! Did I not mention how, later on, she stood with her hands on her hips with a really bad attitude when I tried to tell her that she should try to be more positive when in a people-oriented job...?! Good gracious?! The video footage from gate C1 should be sufficient evidence.
