Website not working and call centre not responding

I am trying to buy one of the tickets on the Mango website and the booking engine is not working - I have now been on hold for 15 minutes! There is no point in advertising a special if your booking engine does not work and you have no e-mail address for customers and your call centre is not able to handle calls. Very frustrating.
