Website froze and stuffed up my bookings

Hi your website has stuffed up all my bookings. It froze half way, changing all the price and then messed up my bookings as follows<br> <br> I am trying to do three things:<br> <br> 1) Change the flight of Inon Chichian from Monday 16th (CPT-JHB) to Monday 2nd March (JHB-CPT): Booking number-MFQBGF<br> 2) Book a return flight for myself, Lara Smith on 27th February (JHB-CPT) returning Monday 2nd March (JHB-CPT)<br> 3) Book a one-way flight for Inon Chichian (JHB_CPT) on 27th February<br> <br> Your website has done the following:<br> <br> 1) Booked a return flight for Inon Chichian on 27th February (JHB-CPT) returning Monday 2nd March (JHB-CPT). This is a glitch in your site as I clearly typed Lara Smith MJGNRP<br> 2) Not changed Inon-Chichian's flight on the 16th of February<br> 3) not booked a return flight for myself, Lara Smith on the 27th of February <br> <br> <br> No one picks up the phone either to your call centre. <br>
