We were coming from Durban 1 Jan 18 one of our bags we didnt get from the flight at 06:15 when we arrived at the laggage they promise to give me a call in 20 minutes no call and they were not picking the phone up late afternoon l still dont have

They keep on saying they going to call nothing is coming back i need my kids clothes and mine I've suspended more than R100 trying to call them l really dont know what to do now i will be finishing second day without my bag it is not known up to now these people just dont care about their customers.
