Waiting for refund

<p>We went for a short trip to Durban from Lanseria I pre-booked tickets for our flight down and our return. The flight down we had no problems at all. The flight back we didn't get I pre-booked seats which I paid for. I have sent them an email requesting a refund to which I get no response. </p>
