Voucher

I had booked a flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth for the 5th of April 2020. I wasn't able to travel due to the lock down. I called to get a voucher when we were allowed to travel woth permits. The lady that "helped" me had such an attitude. She told me that i would get it via email in 48 hours. It's been 2 months now and nothing. I've been calling the numbers on the website but no one answers. I'm truly disappointed and there's honestly no way I will be using this airline if this is the service we get.
