Violation of personal effects/Theft

<p>I flew with Mango Airlines on the 9th June 2017 @ 16h10 from Johannesburg (OR Tambo), to Durban flight JE259.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I had arrived at home, I had discovered someone had helped themselves to my cooldrink that was in the zipper compartment and poured the reminder back in the bag, ate at half a packet of chips and put the same back. My clothes and important documents has been since been stained/destroyed by your valuable and trusted employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first time in years this has happened and I have been frequently flying with Mango over a number of years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know how this can be resolved, what footage is available, as I am employed in Risk and Compliance field specialising in *****, I want to have peace of mind for my next flight with Mango Airlines. At the moment I feel very aggrieved and as I work for a large corporate, I feel that I must advise our travel agent to no longer book Mango Flights as I feel violated and don’t have much trust in the airline anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Jayan</p> <p> </p>
