VIOLATED BY MANGO

I am a frequent flyer on Mango airlines and have never had any issues up until last Wednesday. The JE352 flight was delayed and communication was sent only AFTER I touched down in Durban. As if that wasn't enough they had broken my suitcase. Lastly, this morning I took the JE331 from Durban to Cape Town only to find out that someone had gone through my key purse and make up bag (undoubtedly looking for money to *****). I have only ever flew Mango because they are reliable and professional. But what happened me to on this particular trip to Durbs was just disgusting. I am now forced to stop using my gym bag to travel because I must ensure that I check in a bag that can be locked. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANGO STAFF WHO HANDLES THE LUGGAGE.
