VERY VERY POOR SERVICE RENDERED

BEWARE ******* ARE EMPLOYED IN THEIR BAGGAGE CONTROL SECTION!! I had a terrible experience yesterday with this airline. I boarded flight JE541 from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. To my shock my brand new Paco Rabanne cologne was ****** from my luggage. If that experience wasn't horrific enough, when I called the airline customer service the only response I got was a indifferent SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY. They are completely indifferent to their employees ******** conduct. The consultant didn't enquire what the details of my flight was neither was any commitment made to investigate this incident. Hence one can expect on future flights such conduct by employees will continue as those who are guilty of such are not held accountable. Service rendered was just appalling.
