Very dissapointed and angry with Mango Airline!!!!!

<p>Very disappointed in Mango Airlines.The manager on the floor, Stevan Neetling and Nohtle Nkosi just made me miss my flight to Cape Town. I arrived at the check inn counter at 9:30 and my departure time was 10:55. No announcement was made. When I finally got to the check inn counter after standing in a very long line, the mango staff refused to check me inn and I had to pay for another ticket. They also refused to contact senior management. They are blaming me for the incident and said that they have called out the passengers. Which they clearly did not do. There were other people with the same problem. #dontflymango</p>
