Utter dissatisfaction

I am absolutely disgusted with your service. I was meant to be on the 15:00 flight from cape Town to Durban, however your company and it's staff completely disregards your own policy as to when flight check-in closes and decided the flight was closed for me. I now had to be scheduled for the 18:00 flight AND pay additional cost for it???

What is the point of your policy if you cannot follow it yourself?

I was in the queen an hour prior and at a counter more than 40 minutes prior but got sent to another counter and after some time got told it is now to late. It was due to your staff negligence and lack of commitment and service delivery that I was not put on the flight. I was on time. There were no last calls. Absolute disappointment.

I expect a explanation for this.
