This is Saturday and my my again manog flight more than 45 minutes delayed.

Mom 65 had a gate change at last minute and nobody to assist her with her cruch as needed to apply for assistance before hand.

How the hell was she supposed to know that the renowned airline will be late again.

Get to cape town and you mango assistant has the audacity to tell me that acsa kept the plane when it landed for more that 45 minutes sitting on the run way .

Reallllllllly you think we are not informed. Most probably came late and missed your booking slot to Johannesburg
