Useless Mango Airlines

I've done a booking on Mango on 20 March and paid by credit card. On 18 April, I inquired about my booking number. Mango says there is no booking because they did not receive payment. On inquiring from my bank, the bank says that Mango never banked the money. When I followed up with them, Mango says that I just need to do another booking, obviously at a higher price and that is all they can advise. When I did try it, Mango's website is down. Down enough not to make a booking but they can still take my money from my credit card. It is an ongoing struggle.
