Useless flight attendant

<p>I recently booked my 65year old mother on flight J352 which she took yesterday and was not only disappointed but also saddened by the way she was treated. She was seated in seat 5E next to a man who insisted on extending his leg into her side leaving her with very little leg room. She would have had to interlock legs with the gentleman to sit on her side. On requesting that he please move to his side, he made a rather inappropriate comment about playing footsie. Which left my mother feeling even more uncomfortable. She then asked for assistance from from a flight attendant, Verushka, who merely stated that the man could put his leg anywhere. Had this been Verushka's mother, would she have been as cavalier about the fact that her mom was not only being ****** of sitting properly in the seat for which I paid R3000 and extremely uncomfortable, or would she has kindly asked the man to keep to his side. My mom is a conservative woman whose private space had been violated and Mango and it's *********** flight attendant just allowed for it to happen.</p> <p> I am disgusted as I have on more than one occasion provided medical assistance on a Mango flight yet this is the treatment one of my family members receives. I will not be flying nor booking my family on Mango flights again.</p>
