useless airline

How does this " company" stay in business??? I booked a ticket to Durban online - system then said I needed to phone in as there was a problem with booking. "Customer Support" said problem on their side and I would have to re-book and the refund would go through in an hour - well 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund - useless c**nts!!!!
