Use SAFAIR Mango is trash

Think of standing in a long queue at a government department for 8 hours, only to be told their closed and you need to come back tomorrow. This is the pain Mango puts me through. I strongly believe that the staff member I spoke to over the phone to change my booking was high AF. 1 Star is too many. This airline is trash.
