Upset Mango Client

I would like to say how disgusted i am about the service i received at the mango counter in Durban. I booked a ticket to fly to Johannesburg for tonight and when i was trying to check in they apparently they couldn't find me. only to find out that the ticket was booked with no surname? For which i now had to pay an extra R300 rand to do a name change????? my ticket only cost me R385 and now apparently i need to pay an extra amount to change the surname.

Firstly you cannot book a ticket without putting in your details in full....the page will not allow you to move forward...so my question is why would i book a ticket without my surname. this is day light *******.....seems like you guys are just trying to get retrieve lost funds for your so called cheaper/ happy seats you advertise. i am very unhappy...i have been a client of mango for over 5 years and have been booking tickets for that long.....why now all off a sudden will i forget my surname??? I want to know what the hell is going on!!!!!
